"Once you learn to read, you will be forever free." -Frederick Douglass

Troy Literacy Council is a non-profit organization of volunteer tutors who want to help those in our community become literate. We serve the communities around Miami County, Ohio, by providing adults free, confidential, one-on-one tutoring in multiple literacies, including reading, writing, math, English as a Second Language, and digital literacy.  Tell us what you need and let us help.

The next Troy Literacy Council meeting is Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 6:30PM. Meetings are held on the first floor of the Hayner Cultural Center (301 W. Main St., Troy, OH).
