Barb Minnich
President
Barb is a retired educator. She was an Intervention Specialist at Miami East High School for thirty eight years. She keeps busy now volunteering in her community, spending time with friends and family, and working at the Troy Miami County Public Library.
Glenna Rinehart
Tutor Trainer & Coordinator
Glenna Rinehart is a retired teacher from Miami East Local Schools where she was an English and Spanish teacher for 25 years. She has taught for a total of 37 years. She is the mother of two sons and grandmother to one granddaughter.

Amanda Schwieterman
Vice President
Amanda is a certified elementary teacher with a Master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction. In addition to volunteering for the Troy Literacy Council, she also loves to spend time with her family, friends, and pets.
Chris Stevens
Treasurer
Chris has lived in Troy since 2016, and has spent most of his free time since then renovating his home. Chris has a Ph.D in aeronautical engineering, the best wife ever, and two children. He likes to travel and ski whenever he can (which is never frequently enough).
Sarah Bay
Media, Website, and PR
Sarah is a former TESOL instructor turned librarian who has supported TLC in various capacities for almost 10 years. She volunteers with the Girl Scouts, local PTO, loves to travel, and is the temporary website admin.
Kay Friedly
Librarian
Kay is an Air Force veteran as well as a retired nurse. She taught nursing students for 7.5 years in clincials in hospitals and nursing homes; labs, including robotic labs; and in classrooms. She has been fully retired for 3 years and continues to enjoy tutoring students.
